Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves the warehouse. If you only received the order confirmation so far, your parcel has not shipped yet — tracking appears in the next email.

Tracking says nothing yet

Carriers can take up to 48 hours to register a new label. If there is no movement after 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Parcel late, lost or wrong item?

Email friendimart@gmail.com with your order number (it looks like #1002) and what happened. We reply within 24 hours on business days and will arrange a replacement or a refund where the carrier confirms a problem.
